WET WEATHER POLCIY
The Tour Fore Golfers Wet Weather Policy should be read in conjunction with our booking terms and conditions.
In the event of inclement weather impacting our scheduled events, The Tour Fore Golfers has established the following policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all participants:
1. **Course Conditions Assessment**: Our priority is the safety and enjoyment of our golfers. If the course management deems the conditions unplayable or closes the course due to wet weather, participants will receive credit for future events or a refund, as applicable.
2. **Refunds in Rainy Conditions**: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided solely due to rain if the course remains open. While we understand the inconvenience, decisions regarding course closures (and the weather) are beyond our control and are made in the interest of golfer safety and course maintenance.
3. **Cancellation Policy**: Should a golfer need to cancel their participation within 72 hours of the event, a refund will only be issued if a replacement golfer can be found.
4. **Course Booking Conditions**: It's important to note that our policy aligns with the booking conditions of the courses we visit on our schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these conditions.
**Additional Details**:
- **Notification**: In the event of a weather-related cancellation or course closure, all registered participants will be promptly notified via email and The Tour Fore Golfers Facebook Page.
- **Rescheduling**: If an event is canceled due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule it at a later date. Participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive credit for future events.
- **Communication**: We will strive to keep all participants informed of any changes or updates regarding weather conditions and event status leading up to the scheduled date.
- **Safety First**: While we love a good round of golf, safety is our top priority. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we navigate unpredictable weather conditions.
